Zac Santiago Upcoming Fundraiser
Dear colleagues,
As many of you are aware, Zac Santiago was attacked and stabbed outside of his home in Norristown yesterday.
Zac is a Lieutenant with Plymouth Ambulance and a current and past volunteer with several fire companies, including Fairmount and Phillies, and serves on the Montgomery County Urban Search & Rescue team.
Zac was flown to Jefferson University Hospital and successfully underwent two surgeries for his injuries. He is recovering and, we’re thankful to say, doing well.
We will be holding a fundraiser with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Zac to help him and his family during this difficult time. Another email will be coming from us in the next week or so with more details.
In the meantime, we ask that everyone refrain from holding side fundraisers of their own as this could cause some confusion and possibly result in the misdirection of some of those funds.
Please share this information with the members of your organizations.
If you have any questions or would like to assist in planning this great fund raising event for Zac, you can email, [email protected]
Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation during this very difficult time for Zac and his family.
Sincerely,
Thomas Trojansky, Thomas O’Donnell
Chief, Plymouth Community Ambulance Chief, Norristown Fire Department
